These terms govern every order placed with Zelvix Impex — covering pricing, lead times, quality standards, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ), placing an order, or otherwise engaging Zelvix Impex for manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Orders & Minimum Quantities
Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces per style/colourway, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders below MOQ may be accepted at our discretion with an applicable surcharge.
Pricing & Payment Terms
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Standard payment terms are 30% advance deposit to begin production, with the remaining 70% due before shipment, via bank transfer (T/T). Sampling fees may be payable via PayPal for international clients.
Production & Lead Times
Standard sample lead time is 7–10 business days from design approval; bulk production lead time is typically 25–35 days depending on order volume and complexity. While we make every effort to meet quoted timelines, lead times may be affected by factors outside our control, including raw material availability or shipping delays.
Quality & Returns
Every bulk order undergoes AQL 2.5 quality inspection prior to shipment. If a shipment is found to have a defect rate exceeding the agreed AQL standard, Zelvix Impex will rework, replace, or issue a partial credit for the affected units, at our discretion. Claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Intellectual Property & NDA
Any designs, logos, patterns, or tech packs submitted to us remain your exclusive intellectual property. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements upon request and do not reproduce, reuse, or share client designs with any third party.
Shipping & Customs
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping is arranged on an FOB (Free on Board) basis from our Lahore facility. Clients are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country. We can assist with documentation but are not liable for customs delays or charges.
Limitation of Liability
Zelvix Impex’s liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or anticipated profits, arising from delays or defects.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
